See Music Differently Snapchat

We set out to develop a music platform that Snapchat could stand on. We wanted this to be relevant to grab attention but still explain how the platform was showing up in the industry through the use of Augmented Reality to create tools for music fans everywhere. We landed on the term 'See Music Differently' to push the magic of AR. While Snapchat isn't a music brand, it is a tech brand that has the power to enhance the live music experience.

In 2023, Snapchat scaled it's AR Compass to 16 global festivals, using AR to help people navigate music festivals through a 3D map, stage way-finding and of course– finding your festival crew in the crowd.
